Joe’s first place recipe:
STUFFED PORK CHOPS
Ingredients:
(1) 12 oz thick cut chop bone-in
2 tsp each, course ground pepper, season salt, granulated garlic
6-8 portabella mushrooms,
1 dollop of jimmy’s extra chunky blue cheese dressing
Instructions:
Make 1 inch slit in chop and work your way all the way around the inside making a big pocket, slice mushrooms and pack half in center of chop , add a dollop of blue cheese and remainder of mushrooms, combine seasonings and season both sides, cook for 15 to 20 min on med heat until pork reaches 145 degrees

Mike’s Runner Up Recipe
HERB AND GARLIC BUTTERFLIED LEG OF LAMB
Ingredients:
1cup extra virgin olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, halved and sliced thin
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
6 cloves garlic minced
1½ T. dried rosemary, crumbled
2tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2tsp. Kosher salt
1/2tsp. fresh ground pepper
1/2tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
5-6lb. leg of lamb, boned, butterflied and trimmed of silver skin and hard fat.
Instructions:
Combine First 11 ingredients.
Place lamb in non-reactive container or large zip bag.
Reserve ½ cup of marinade.
Pour remaining marinade over lamb and refrigerate overnight, turning at least once.
Light grill for 2 zone fire.
Add ½ cup white wine to reserved marinade for basting.
Oil grates and cook, covered to prevent flare ups,15 min per side for rare.
Baste occasionally with the marinade.
Let stand tented loosely with foil for 10 minutes.
Slice across the grain.
